With 30 years in industrial real estate, Kim Snyder is responsible for all Prologis Western regional activities, including development, acquisitions and operations. Key markets in this region are the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, Seattle and the San Francisco Bay Area.
After graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University, Kim worked in commercial banking before earning his MBA in real estate from Harvard Business School. Kim served as president of Paragon Capital Corporation, overseeing land development, construction, property management and investment management from 1998 to 2005.
With comprehensive experience in all facets of real estate, including development and construction, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, marketing and finance, Kim joined AMB, Prologis’ predecessor, in 2005. As managing director for AMB, he was responsible for AMB’s airport group, plus operations for Brazil and Mexico.
Kim is on the advisory board for the NAIOP-Inland Empire Chapter, where he is past-president. He is also on the technical committee and advisory board of FIBRA Prologis (Mexico), based in Mexico City. Kim serves as trustee of the Gooden School, as a member of the industry advisory board at the Drucker School at Claremont Graduate University and was recently appointed vice chair and executive committee member on NAIOP’s national board of directors.
