Joe Gambill

Vice President – Development

Joe Gambill is a Vice President with responsibility for Wood Partners’ assets in the greater Los Angeles area and Inland Empire. Gambill is responsible for the acquisition, development, construction oversight, financing and asset management for all Wood Partners’ activities within these territories.

Gambill joined Wood Partners in 2014 and has since been involved in over 400MM worth of development.

Gambill earned a Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, and his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Clemson University.
