Tim Dulany is Vice President and Associate Broker with Colliers International here in Phoenix, Arizona. Tim has more than 23 years commercial real estate brokerage experience, representing over 600+ companies and is a national speaker / moderator of senior housing and healthcare properties. Tim specializes in sales, development, and leasing of Senior Housing and Healthcare Real Estate in the western United States with owner/users, investors, and developers. Tim’s formal college education in land planning, zoning, and development along with his CCIM education provides a very unique skill-set that he offers his clients. He is a member of Colliers International’s National Senior Housing Group and National Healthcare Services Group, which is dedicated to providing real estate solutions for private individuals and companies across the United States. Tim has extensive list of local and national clients he repeatedly works with and provides a full range of real estate services, including buyer/tenant representation, landlord/seller representation, development, design consulting services, site feasibility and selection work, property conversions, build-to-suits, and investment sales.
