Justin Tunnell

Justin Tunnell attended Texas State University and graduated with a degree in healthcare and hospital administration. Justin’s professional career began in 2002, where he brokered commercial industrial leases, acquisitions, and dispositions, investment sales as well as designing and marketing ground-up development projects with The National Realty Group (TNRG).

Prior to joining the Lee & Associates team in 2015, Justin was recruited by a burgeoning start-up client in 2008 to help develop its healthcare technology business located in Dallas, Texas. In 2012, Justin was chosen as the second member of a new leadership development program within the Tenet Health-care System, where he absorbed each phase of the revenue cycle management process and updated work ow process to maximize ef ciency. Justin has brought his outside corporate experience back to the brokerage business. This experience provides Justin with a better understanding of the dynamics of corporate real estate transactions.
