Andrew Stein is the co-founder of Vicus Partners, a commercial real estate firm dedicated exclusively to representing tenants. He works with a wide range of public and private companies, with a particular focus on tech, not-for-profit and charter schools.
Stein and Vicus have represented General Assembly in all of their New York requirements from inception in 2009 to present, as well as many notable non-profits and charter schools including Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Children’s Defense Fund, New York Foundling, Public Prep and Bronx Academy of Promise. He is considered to be one of the the leading authorities on New York charter school real estate. Since founding Vicus Partners, he’s represented hundreds of firms in New York City, ranging from start-ups and small businesses to Fortune 500 clients.
He is on the Board of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, a member of the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association and the New York City representative for The International Tenant Representative Alliance. He lives in Hastings-on-Hudson with his wife, son and dog.
