Eddie Prosser

Managing Director

Mr. Prosser serves as Managing Director for Thorofare Capital and brings over a decade of institutional investment and development experience. Over his career, Mr. Prosser has held management positions with Legacy Partners, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and Innovative Communities / Innovative Commercial and has been responsible for the growth and management of diverse real estate pipelines representing over $1 billion of acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development.

Mr. Prosser graduated from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California with emphases in Entrepreneurship and Real Estate Finance and holds a real estate broker’s license in California.
