Ronald Leibman is a partner of the Firm and Co-Chair of the Firm’s Transportation and Logistics Group. Mr. Leibman focuses his practice on the business and supply chain needs of manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, carriers and third party logistics providers. He is also experienced in general commercial and corporate law and commercial litigation.

Prior to coming to Riker Danzig, Mr. Leibman was a partner with Epstein, Fitzsimmons, Brown, Gioia, Jacobs & Sprouls, P.C. Prior to that, he was a senior logistics executive at Wakefern Food Corp. (“ShopRite Supermarkets”) and at Fortunoff’s. In addition to his law degree, he holds an M.B.A. in Transportation/Distribution Management.

Representative clients include Agilent Technologies, Ahold Delhaize USA, Bed Bath & Beyond, B&G Foods, CJ CheilJedang (CJ America), C&S Wholesale Grocers, Customized Distribution Services, Pinnacle Foods, Porky Products, Transfix, Unified Logistics and Wakefern Food Corp.
Mr. Leibman serves on the H.H. Franklin Supply Chain Advisory Board of the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, and on theTransportation Editorial Advisory Board for Law360, a LexisNexis legal news and data organization. In addition, he is a member of the Steering Committee of the Commerce & Industry Association of New Jersey Transportation Forum.
