Brian Galligan

Real Estate Transactions Manager

Brian Galligan is a 30 plus year real estate industry veteran with experience covering Asset Management, Property Management, Leasing and Development. He currently serves as the Southern California Leasing Transaction Manager for Fresenius Kidney Care. With more than 2,400 Dialysis Clinics across the United States, NYSE traded Fresenius is a world leader in Kidney care. Brian is responsible for site selection and lease negotiation for the Company’s largest region, with expected growth of 20 plus clinics over the next year.

Prior to his work with Fresenius, Brian served as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management for Kilroy Realty Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange traded REIT, where he oversaw KRC’s San Diego and Orange County regions that comprised over 7 million square feet of commercial and industrial space. He also worked for Cushman & Wakefield where he served as the Director of Asset Services in Southern California and was the General Manager of Real Estate for Shimizu Corporation, one of Japan’s largest construction firms.

Brian earned both a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Master’s of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. He is also a licensed California Real estate Broker.
