Ian Britton

Managing Director

Ian is the Managing Director of the Ontario CBRE office. Mr. Britton is an accomplished real estate professional and oversees all aspects of the firm’s regional business in the dynamic Inland Empire market, encompassing 27,000 square miles and more than 60 real estate professionals.

Mr. Britton’s responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic direction, recruitment, team building, maintaining strong and collaborative relationships, and overseeing all lines of business and services.

Prior to re-joining CBRE in 2018, Mr. Britton served as managing director at Voit Real Estate Services, overseeing its Anaheim, Ontario and South Bay offices for more than five years. Preceding Voit, Mr. Britton served as senior vice president at Colliers International. Mr. Britton began his real estate career at CBRE in North Orange County where he was part of a leading industrial team for 12 years, specializing in agency and occupier assignments.
