David Lebowitz

David Lebowitz is Executive Vice-President at Watch Hill Capital (WHC), LLC. WHC was started by the Co-Founder of G&L Realty, a pioneering entity in healthcare real estate.

Since 2008, he’s managed a joint venture (“JV”) with Signature Behavioral Healthcare Services/Aurora Behavioral that focuses on acquisitions, development and the ownership of free standing behavioral hospitals. Mr. Lebowitz has overseen the acquisition and development of approximately 600 beds that the JV owns and operates. He also has experience in the management and development of medical office buildings.

Mr. Lebowitz is currently a Board Member at UCLA Resnick Psychiatric Hospital. He received a Bachelor of Science from Tulane University. David is a Southern California native and enjoys spending his free time with his family, golfing, skiing and following the LA sports seen.
