Mr. Gregory has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. At GPI, Mr. Gregory executes ground-up development projects, as well as property re-positioning and re-branding efforts. Prior to joining the GPI Companies, Mr. Gregory was head of acquisitions and dispositions for Regency Centers, a national owner, operator, and developer of retail properties. Mr. Gregory’s responsibilities at Regency included sourcing, underwriting, conducting negotiations and closing on the acquisition of retail properties on the West Coast of the United States.
In addition to his experience in the retail sector, Mr. Gregory has also been involved with office, industrial, hospitality, and medical properties. His expertise includes acquisitions and dispositions, development, asset management, leasing, financial analysis, valuation, and transaction due diligence. Organizations with which Mr. Gregory has been affiliated include Cushman and Wakefield, Arthur Andersen, and the University of California. A frequent public speaker, Mr. Gregory has been a panelist at events sponsored by ICSC, Commercial Real Estate Women, and Bisnow.
Mr. Gregory graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in real estate finance, from the University of Southern California where he was named to the Dean’s List. Mr. Gregory holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and a California Real Estate Broker’s license, and has served on the Southern California Planning Committee for ICSC and the City of Hope’s Los Angeles Real Estate Council.
