President

David Moore is president of Retail Properties for the Irvine Company which owns a portfolio of 41 regional, community and neighborhood centers as well as retail space at the Irvine Company’s apartment communities. The Retail portfolio operates nearly 10 million square feet of retail space across California, including Fashion Island in Newport Beach, Irvine Spectrum Center in Irvine, and The Market Place in Irvine and Tustin.

Mr. Moore joined the Irvine Company in September 2014 as the Retail Properties group expands its portfolio in Orange County and Silicon Valley. His previous extensive retail experience includes Portland, Oregon-based Harsch Investment Properties where he served as Senior Vice President of retail operations for the company’s more than 130 industrial, retail and apartment holdings in Oregon, Washington, California, Nevada, Arizona and Utah; Trammell Crow’s Retail Development and Investment Initiative; and MBK Northwest, serving as President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Moore holds a bachelor’s in international studies from the UCLA and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
