Mr. Levin is in charge of leasing an almost 10 million square foot, 9 office building portfolio, as well, identifies and executes acquisitions and new business opportunities as part of the leadership of the New York office of Boston Properties. He joined the company in May 1996 and began his career in the real estate industry with the Edward S. Gordon Company consulting group. Mr. Levin holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Boston University’s School of Management.
Mr. Levin is a licensed broker in the State of New York and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. Mr. Levin is also a member of the Young Men’s and Women’s Real Estate Association, Chairman of the board of Creative Arts Works, and a board member of the Grand Central Partnership and the Fifth Avenue BID. In 2005, he was selected by the Partnership for New York City to be a David Rockefeller Fellow.
