David Hamm

Managing Director, Transactions

David is a Managing Director in the Transactions Group at DWS (formerly RREEF) based out of New York. In this role, he leads the East Coast Transactions group and is primarily responsible for sourcing and closing equity and structured debt transactions in New York City, Washington DC, and Florida. During David’s 15 year tenure in the Transactions group he has executed over $7.0 billion in real estate transactions encompassing over 18 million square feet of office, retail, industrial and multi-family assets across the risk spectrum.

David joined RREEF in 2001 and has over seventeen years of commercial real estate experience. He graduated with a BS in Finance from Lehigh University and earned his MBA from Columbia Business School where he graduated with Dean’s Honors.
