Michael Ware

Senior Director Dallas Multifamily Investment Sales Team

Michael Ware is a Senior Director in the Dallas office of Berkadia, a Berkshire Hathaway and Jefferies Financial Group company. Michael has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate investments sales and is responsible for private and institutional grade transactions through the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He primarily focuses on the private and institutional sale of Class A and new construction multifamily assets throughout the DFW. Mr. Ware’s multi-housing disposition experience includes the sale of more than $3b in multifamily assets.

He is a member of the ULI North Texas Multifamily Council, and sits on the board of directors for the SMU-Cox Folsom Institute of Real Estate. Michael is also part of the Touchdown Club of Dallas, where he is the chairman for the BlackTieBrawl. Michael graduated from North Texas and earned his MBA from Southern Methodist University with highest honors.
