Cannon Green serves as Managing Director of Stream’s Dallas industrial team and is a Partner in the firms’ Dallas office. Cannon leads operations, business development, strategy and the execution of industrial transactions including project leasing and sales, tenant representation, real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development. Under Cannon’s leadership, the industrial group has grown to one of the largest industrial service platforms in the city with a portfolio in excess of 49 million square feet.
Prior to joining Stream, Cannon spent four years with DCT Industrial Trust, a publicly traded REIT, as Regional Director of Leasing where he led the leasing efforts for an industrial portfolio of 27 million square feet located in 11 U.S. cities. Cannon began his real estate career with Trammell Crow Company as a development analyst and leasing agent. Cannon’s transaction experience and knowledge of the product type is a great benefit for Stream’s clients.
During Cannon’s real estate career, he has executed industrial transactions in excess of $1 billion and procured the development of 11 assets with an estimated market value of $300 million.
