Kevin Nice

Program Manager, RA, Architecture & Engineering

As a Program Manager, Kevin has over 20 years of experience in commercial architecture including award-winning retail, office, and mixed-use projects. He has a strong background in urban design and is well versed in creating projects specific to location, market, and community contexts.

Kevin received a Bachelor of Urban Design from the University of Cincinnati and is a Registered Architect in the state of California. He is also associated with the American Institute of Architects, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and Urban Land Institute.
