Doug Banerjee

Managing Director

Doug Banerjee is a Senior Director of Investment Sales at Greysteel. His focus is on multifamily property transactions, particularly within the greater Dallas submarkets. Doug works with clients across the investment spectrum, from private clients and middle market companies all the way up to institutional powerhouses. Doug leads the Dallas team of investment sales professionals and is responsible for business development, marketing strategy, and start-to-finish deal execution. Over the last five years, Doug has facilitated over 50 transactions worth nearly $250 million.

Outside the office, Doug enjoys traveling and seeing new places, having visited 37 countries and over 200 cities worldwide. He is also a supporter of the American Cancer Society and Cystic Fibrosis.
Doug is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelors of Science in Materials Science Engineering and holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
