Deke Schultze

Regional Director of New England

Deke joined Rubenstein Partners in 2008. As Regional Director of New England, he is responsible for the firm’s investment and asset management activities in the region. Deke is also a member of the Investment Committee.

Prior to Rubenstein Partners, Deke worked at ING Clarion for ten years in various senior management roles encompassing property management, asset management and acquisitions. He graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts and received his MBA from Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University.

Deke is a member of NAIOP, ULI, CoreNet, USGBC, the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s Real Estate Finance Association.
