Anthony B. Miles is a Philadelphia native and decorated veteran of the United States Navy Nuclear Submarine Force. Anthony has worked in urban real estate development and construction for more than 17 years. By deploying the same strategies driving TPP “Family of OZ Funds”, he revitalized a section of lower North Philadelphia where he grow up, converting it from blighted and stagnant to a thriving and desirable community.
Anthony’s current venture is a 5 city square block “Whole Neighborhood Inclusive and Concentrated Health & Wellness Development Project” adjacent to Temple University’s Health Sciences Campus (TUHSC) & Temple University Hospital which falls within 2 Federal Qualified Opportunity Zones (QOZ’s).
TPP Capital currently has site control over 41 development sites and intends to develop these sites into transit-oriented workforce condominiums for service workers, affordable co-living suites for health care entrepreneurs, graduate student residences, outpatient medical clinic and mixed income senior housing 55+. Planned early stage community amenities include a smart neighborhood apprenticeship center, farmers market, healthy food hub, indoor vertical farm and center for career development, social entrepreneurship and community based learning. Anthony attended both Penn State and Southern Illinois University.
