Tammy Kelly, CCIM, CPM, is Senior Vice President and Head of Asset Management for Redwood Capital Group, a vertically integrated real estate investment platform. Redwood’s capabilities include transaction, asset, construction and property management of multi-family real estate. With 20 years of commercial real estate experience she is responsible for the oversight of its $1.5 Billion portfolio, including budgeting, capital expenditures, and strategic dispositions. Tammy also assists with sourcing and underwriting the firm’s new investments. Tammy is a director on the board for CREW Chicago.
