Ari Klein, an Executive Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s office tenant representation group, has served as a tenant representation broker in the corporate real estate industry since 2002. Mr. Klein specializes in representing corporate, legal, and institutional clients with their commercial real estate requirements, both domestically and internationally. Ari consistently ranks at the top of Cushman & Wakefield’s Chicago office and has a loyal client base that is always willing to speak on his behalf.

Mr. Klein is directly responsible for team formation, creating and implementing overall strategy, and overseeing all negotiations for the largest team at Cushman & Wakefield, Chicago. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he served as a Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis. Previously, he was with The John Buck Company as an officer with six years working as a Vice President in the firm’s Strategic Advisory Group.
