Karoline Eigel is a commercial real estate broker with 20 years of commercial and residential marketing, advertising, public relations, sales, and leasing experience. Ms. Eigel is a leasing broker and oversees the marketing for Murphy Development Group. Current projects include 318 N Carpenter and Harrison Square, a 13-acre redevelopment project within the Illinois Medical District. As a commercial real estate consultant, she was a principal at MarketHooks Consulting, where she developed and managed an extensive portfolio of leasing programs and marketing initiatives for national and international institutional investors and developers. Notable clients include CIM Group, GE Asset Management, McCaffery Interests, Silverpeak Real Estate Partners, Draper & Kramer, The Trump Organization and Fulcrum Properties. Ms. Eigel is also a member of MBRE’s Executive Committee, which determines the firm’s future direction, supports tactical efforts, and monitors the implementation of strategic business plans and operational best practices.
With extensive experience working in a marketing, leasing, and sales capacity, Ms. Eigel has first-hand insight into the behavior of end users, affording her a unique perspective few leasing and marketing strategists have experienced. Additionally, she is well versed in developing commercial asset positioning strategies to increase and retain tenant occupancy.
Currently, Ms. Eigel is on the Board of Directors for the HEAR Foundation, which provides $20,000 college scholarships to excelling Chicagoland high school seniors in financial need.
