Michael Larsen

Managing Director of Development

Michael Larsen is the Managing Director of Development responsible for InSite Real Estate’s national development operations. Mr. Larsen joined InSite in 2007, and quickly rose to Managing Director of Development in 2010. Prior to joining InSite, Mr. Larsen was responsible for the project management of industrial distribution center projects in the Chicago market for FCL Builders. Mr. Larsen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Illinois State University, and a Master of
Business Administration degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance from DePaul University. Mr. Larsen has completed over 15 million square feet of industrial transactions, and is a member of NAIOP, SIOR, IAMC, AIRE, and IARW.
