Kervin began his career at Dunaway in 2003 and has gained extensive civil engineering experience, primarily in the public sector. He earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from Lamar University and a MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington. With a significant portfolio of public works projects including roadways, water, sanitary sewer and storm drain improvements, Kervin has been recognized in the industry for his outstanding contributions to the public safety and welfare and for advancing the profession of engineering.
Under Kervin’s leadership, Dunaway’s municipal client base has increased and we have advanced from offering traditional civil infrastructure services to adding innovative roundabouts and 2D water modeling design. Kervin is an active member of the engineering community and was named Young Engineer of the Year by the Fort Worth Chapter of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE).
Kervin currently serves on the board of the Tarrant County Chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), and is a Past President of TSPE and serves as TxDOT Affiliate Program Liaison and on the Leadership Committee.
