Adrienne Hunter

Principal

Adrienne Hunter recently joined Kinzer Partners’ growing capital markets team, and is responsible for portfolio analysis, advisory services and investment sales and acquisitions for mid-market product in the greater Seattle Area.

Hunter brings more than 10 years’ experience in commercial real estate to Kinzer Partners. She previously worked at JLL, specializing in mid-cap building acquisitions and dispositions in the Greater Seattle area. Prior to that, Hunter performed strategic consultation and portfolio planning for JLL in London.

She began her career in commercial real estate practicing tenant representation, first at CB Richard Ellis, then the Staubach Company.

She is a former member of the Canadian National Rowing team and won three NCAA national championships as a member of the University of Washington women’s rowing team. Hunter stays active in the UW and larger rowing community, currently serving as a board member of the Washington Rowing Stewards.
