Kate Miller is currently a Senior Vice President at Revere Capital and responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and structuring real estate bridge loans. Kate has over 18 years’ experience originating, evaluating, underwriting and closing commercial real estate debt opportunities.
Kate began her lending career in Chicago 2000 when she joined Bank of American Securities as a Senior Financial Analyst. She left to join J.P. Morgan in 2001 as a Loan Originator for the CMBS Capital Markets team where she originated CMBS loans throughout Midwest. As First Vice President, Kate was selected to open an office for JPMorgan in San Francisco in 2005. In this role, she spearheaded all new business development for the Pacific Northwest and managed the originations team in San Francisco. In 2008, Kate relocated to Los Angeles and established KEM Services Consulting. Kate consulted for Situs, Credit Suisse, and Mosaic Real Estate Credit. In 2014, Kate joined Mosaic Real Estate Credit as Senior Vice President. While at Mosaic, Kate originated development and heavy transitional commercial real estate loan investments for the opportunistic, private debt fund.
Mrs. Miller is originally from Massachusetts, she attended high school at Pomfret School in Pomfret, CT, and received her B.A. in International Relations from Lake Forest College. She currently resides in Pacific Palisades with her husband and their blended family of five sons.
