Ryan specializes in the analysis, marketing, and the disposition of multifamily properties throughout the Greater Bay Area.

Over the past 12 years, Mr. Wagner has performed over 90 multifamily dispositions throughout the Bay Area with an aggregate dollar amount of approximately $1.0 billion dollars, representing the sale of over 3,600 units. Ryan’s transaction list includes properties from 5-200+ units, and he has personally closed over $138M (694 units) in sales in the last 24 months.

Working with private and institutional clients, Ryan has sold some of the highest price/unit sales throughout the Bay Area. Ryan is a Marin County native and attended the University of Oregon where he majored in Architecture.
