Justin Fierz

Principal

Justin P. Fierz is a Founding Principal of Midwest Industrial Funds and oversees all aspects of thecompany’s activities. Mr. Fierz has been involved in industrial real estate acquisitions, financing, development, asset management, brokerage and consulting since 1996. He was a former Principal with Lee & Associates which at that time was the largest agent-owned commercial real estate services firm in the nation. Throughout his career he has successfully negotiated over one billion dollars worth of transactions in 22 states both as a principal and as a broker/advisor. He has completed transactions with companies such as Iron Mountain, Nestle Waters, DHL Supply Chain, Vulcan, Valid USA, CTS Corp, Turtle Wax, Chicago Tribune, Rehrig Pacific Logistics, Goldman Sachs, ProLogis, USAA and CenterPoint Properties. Mr. Fierz is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and majored in economics with supporting course work in real estate finance. He was also a walk-on athlete on their basketball team for one season. Justin lives in Elmhurst, Illinois and enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, vacationing with friends and family, as well as playing many sports including golf, tennis, paddle and basketball.
