Mr. Halladay is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of HFF’s San Francisco office with a primary focus on multi-housing finance. He co-heads the firm’s multi-housing debt group nationally and works with major lending institutions across the country to secure bridge, permanent and construction financing.
Since 2012, Mr. Halladay has closed more than 185 multi-housing transactions totaling above $10.1 billion in capitalizations.
