As Managing Director of the North Central Region for USAA Real Estate Company, David Reahl, based in Chicago, Illinois, is responsible for the region’s involvement in debt and equity capital transactions for acquisitions and joint venture development opportunities.
David, a 29-year veteran of commercial real estate has been with USAA Real Estate Company for 15 years. He previously served as a vice president and asset manager at LaSalle Investment Management, Inc. in Chicago and Baltimore, Maryland where he was responsible for the overall performance of property portfolios. Prior to that position, he served as a vice president and asset manager for Colliers Pinkard in Baltimore. David began his career in real estate as a property manager for the Trammell Crow Company.
David earned his undergraduate degree from Denison University, Granville, Ohio, where he was also the recipient of the William T. Utter Book Prize for History. He is a member of NAIOP and Urban Land Institute – Chicago Chapter and he frequently participates in other organizations such as SIOR and AIRE. He has also served on various speaking panels throughout his career. David is a CCIM and holds a Managing Broker License in the State of Illinois.
