Managing Director

Joe is the Managing Director of the Ontario CBRE office, where he is responsible for the Inland Empire in Southern California. This includes the area from the Coachella Valley to the Temecula Valley to Ontario, which includes the cities of Riverside, San Bernardino, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, etc. He is responsible for regional operations, encompassing 27,000 square miles and over 40 real estate professionals.

Prior to joining CBRE, Joe was an accomplished and highly qualified investment broker for more than 11 years, most recently for Marcus & Millichap’s Irvine office where he served as Vice President and Regional Manager for Orange County.

Recruited as a Shopping Center Specialist for the Inland Empire, he became recognized as one of the top producing retail brokers nationally. After earning three national achievement awards, Joe was recruited to manage the Marcus & Millichap Ontario office. During his time as Sales Manager, the Inland Empire Region was recognized as the number one producing region in the company. He was asked to oversee the Orange County market, and soon thereafter, Joe was promoted to Vice President.
