Dan Borland currently serves at SVP/Market Manager for Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate Group in Orange County. Wells Fargo CRE offers a full spectrum of on-balance-sheet structured construction, repositioning, mini-perm, interim, and permanent financing for all stages of a commercial real estate project. Customers include experienced real estate developers, owners and investors, institutional and private companies, Funds and REITs.
Prior to Wells Fargo, Dan managed the Commercial Real Estate Banking group at Opus Bank in Irvine which included the creation and development of the Income Property Banking group specializing in portfolio mortgage loans for 5+ unit multifamily properties in 4 western states.
Before Opus, Dan managed the western region CRE divisions of JPMorgan Chase (including its predecessor company Washington Mutual). Dan got his start in the CRE industry at Wells Fargo in the Orange County office. He is a
graduate of USC Marshall School of Business, and an undergraduate of UC Irvine, economics.
