Mike Schneider is the Chief Operating Officer of Aristone Capital, a New York based multi-strategy structured debt and preferred equity provider. Aristone employs the proprietary syndication and servicing technology of Propellr.com, a tech-enabled merchant banking platform that offers alternative asset investments to accredited investors.

Mike is responsible for capital structuring, transaction management, operational initiatives, and legal matters. He brings 15 years of industry experience, having worked with and represented real estate lenders, investors and developers. Prior to joining Aristone, Mike was a partner at law firm Cassin & Cassin LLP where he represented an array of bridge, construction, CMBS, agency and balance sheet commercial real estate lenders. He also spent several years as Vice President and General Counsel to a Manhattan-based real estate developer where he was integral in all aspects of finance and development. Mike earned his Bachelor degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD cum laude from New York Law School.
