Aaron Wooler

Managing Director

Aaron Wooler is a Managing Director in the Affordable Housing Debt unit at Hunt Real Estate Capital based in the firm’s new Arcadia, California office.

Mr. Wooler focuses on sourcing and originating affordable housing loans throughout the west coast. He joined Hunt Real Estate Capital from Century Housing Corporation, Inc. where he spent 15 years as a Senior Vice President. There he grew their lending platform to be one of the Top 25 National Affordable Housing Lenders for the past two years according to Affordable Housing Finance magazine.

Mr. Wooler earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Southern California-Marshall School of Business.
