Senior Project Manager

AJ Finn is currently a Senior Project Manager at Earles Architects + Associates (EAA), a Chicago-based, full-service architectural design firm serving 13 states and ranked four out of the top 100 Best Places to Work in 2019 by Crain’s Chicago Business. He joined EAA’s team on a part-time basis in late 2008 as an architectural associate and was quickly moved into a full time role in 2009. With over a decade under his belt, AJ has worked with Chicago’s top commercial real estate and property investment firms and has contributed over 1 million square feet of design work across the nation through his projects with EAA.

Additionally, AJ has been an integral part of the firm’s substantial growth and now manages and mentors a design team of 13 architectural associates and interior designers. He also serves as a leader of EAA’s initiatives, including launching an IT and Sustainability Committee, as well as advancing EAA’s mission to give back to Chicago through volunteer efforts.  Before EAA, AJ worked for several architectural firms in New Orleans, Denver, and Chicago. His past experience bridges 15 years of design experience and includes ground up, core and shell, and interior construction work.

AJ has a master of architecture degree from Tulane University, with a minor in Art History.
