Andrew Saba

Andrew Saba is responsible for Asset Management of medical office real estate at Stockdale Capital. Previously, he worked with Meridian, a Marcus and Millichap subsidiary, as an acquisition manager in Southern California from 2015-2016. Prior to Meridian, Mr. Saba was the Director of Leasing and Marketing for Pacific Medical Buildings’ Real Estate Services team, responsible for building and managing the leasing platform for a medical office portfolio in excess of 3 million square feet across the western US. Before PMB, Andrew worked with Healthcare REIT, now Welltower, in the Management Services division.

Andrew holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and an MS and BS in Communication from Florida State University. He holds a California RE salesperson license as well as the RPA designation.
