Andy Poppink

President, West Region

As President of the West Region at JLL, Andy Poppink leads JLL’s efforts in some of the fastest growing urban economies in the United States with a direct oversight of six corporate offices in Northern California and fourteen offices in the Pacific Northwest, Southwest, and Rocky Mountains. His responsibilities include tenant representation, agency leasing, property management, project management, and capital markets. Industry focuses for JLL in the West Region include office, industrial, retail, hospitality and multi-family. Andy is also a member of JLL’s Digital Board and has been instrumental in defining JLL’s technology strategy.
Andy continues the work he loves with key JLL clients in leading local site acquisitions and managing worldwide portfolios.

Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Andy was the managing principal of the Silicon Valley Operations for the Staubach Company. At Staubach, he assisted companies from early stage start-ups to global corporations with the formation and implementation of their real estate objectives.

Education and affiliations
Andy received his Masters in Organizational Behavior and Bachelors in Economics from Stanford University where he was captain of the basketball team. Andy is an active community volunteer. He has coached youth athletics and served as the Board Chair for Summer Search Silicon Valley as well as a member of the board in his local school foundation.
