April Little

Vice President, Acquisitions

Ms. Little sources new property investment opportunities, and also works with investment banks, private equity firms and various real estate brokerage firms in an advisory role to assess current market conditions and provide sale-leaseback structures for their clients.

Ms. Little joined Realty Income in April 2017. Prior to joining the company, she was a Senior Vice President at Spirit Realty Capital, focusing on net lease investments and sale leaseback transactions. In her ten years with Spirit Realty Capital, Ms. Little held other roles, including Vice President of Acquisitions and Director of Dispositions. Ms. Little has been in the finance industry for over 20 years and has also worked for Conseco Finance, and Norwest Financial (later Wells Fargo Finance).

Ms. Little graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a minor in Psychology.
