Mr. Araki is responsible for Primestor’s Investment and Capital Market activities in the US. He joined Primestor in April 2011, has over 22 years of real estate investment experience, and has participated in structuring over $3 billion of transactions over the course of the last 15 years.
Prior to joining Primestor, he was Managing Director with Metzler North America, Managing Director with CBRE Investors, and Vice President of Acquisitions for Prudential Real Estate Investors in both Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Mr. Araki holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
