Becky is responsible for managing all construction and development activities for DJM Capital Partners, working directly with company President, Lindsay Parton. From project commencement through completion, she directs all entitlements, government relations, architectural and land planning as well as construction. She is responsible for project budgeting and oversight, and for managing a large team of consultants across the spectrum of engineering, architecture, construction and design. Becky is equally at home in a hard hat or a business suit, and can alternately be found in both!

Learning the business “from the inside out”, Becky was raised in the family construction business. Her grandfather founded Bogard Construction in Santa Cruz, California in 1947, and the family legacy in the business has provided her not only a deep well of experience, but a passion for the attention to detail it takes to manage complex projects and teams. She is bringing that level of experience and detail to both Lido Marina Village and Pacific City, where she is managing all aspects of the projects’ entitlement, development, design and construction phases.
