Bill Frame, president of the firm, has been in the commercial real estate industry for 27 years. He is a member of the CCIM Institute and has earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Prior to Bill taking the role of president, he was a top producing broker specializing in office sales, leasing, and investment properties with an emphasis in corporate real estate and healthcare, and he has been honored with the SIOR “Office Broker of the Year” award.

Bill is active in the community. He is involved in the Federal Way Chamber of Commerce, Tacoma/Pierce County Chamber of Commerce, Boys & Girls Club, and he is a member of the King County Board of Realtors and Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors. Bill serves on the advisory board of the University of Washington – Tacoma Milgard School of Business, and he served on the Kidder Mathews board of directors for 15 years and participated in several executive committees during his tenure at the firm.

Bill earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
