Bobby Khorshidi is founder and President of Archway Fund, a nationwide short-term real estate bridge lender with a portfolio of approximately $300MM. He leads the origination, underwriting and investor relations side of the business by setting lending parameters and focusing on the company’s growth strategy.
Bobby has more than 20 years of experience in various real estate investment and management areas. Khorshidi’ s expertise includes: purchasing and restructuring hundreds of non-performing loans; originating and underwriting short-term, bridge money loans; arranging joint-venture equity; and structuring transactions. Prior to establishing Archway Fund in 2009, Khorshidi, spent a decade as an underwriter, loan officer and sales manager at Wells Fargo Bank, where he was personally responsible for funding over $1 billion in loans.
Bobby currently splits his time between and Archway Fund and Partners Capital Inc. a Real Estate Investment company focusing on value-add industrial acquisition and repositioning. Since 2009, he has been involved in the purchase and disposition of more than a million square feet of commercial real estate with solid track record of impressive returns.
Khorshidi is regular contributor to several media outlets as both a real estate finance and investment expert and has been recognized by several trade publications for his achievements, including Real Estate Forum’s “Forty under Forty,” a designation of the industry’s top 40 up and coming superstars under the age of 40.
He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California. Khorshidi received a BS in Anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles. Bobby Lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three children. During his free time he is actively involved with philanthropic organizations benefiting children including his children’ school, UCLA Children’s Hospital and Chai Lifeline.
