Senior Director/ Portfolio Manager

Brad is a senior director and portfolio manager for Nuveen Real Estate’s industrial sector portfolios. Brad previously served as regional head of the firm’s southeastern asset management activities, responsible for approximately 25 million sq ft of industrial and office assets in the states of Florida, Texas, Georgia, Virginia, Tennessee and Washington, DC. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Brad leased and managed 7 million sq ft of office and industrial property in southern California for Davis Partners. He was also a leasing representative with Equity Office Properties Trust, leasing 2.5 million square feet of office properties in Orange, Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties in southern California. Brad graduated with a B.S. from the University of Southern California, and is on the Board of Virginia Tech’s Program in Real Estate.
