Brian Niven brings a wealth of heavy industrial development experience to the Bridge team after working for J-Power USA, where he focused on the development and management of fossil-fueled generating power plants throughout the U.S. Currently, Brian oversees the development and acquisition of Cold Storage nationwide for Bridge. Since joining Bridge in 2016, Brian has completed the sale of over 700,000 SF of existing cold assets and developed and/or acquired over 600,000 SF of new state of the art cold storage facilities in Chicago, Seattle, and Savannah. As the demand for Cold Storage continues to grow, Brian looks forward to being on the front lines of development across the U.S.
Before joining the business sector, Brian served as an active duty U.S. Army Infantry officer seeing tours in Iraq and Afghanistan and as an intelligence officer while serving in the Reserves.
Brian holds a bachelor’s degree from the Virginia Military Institute and an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago.
