Matthew Brodsky is a Senior Producer of Multifamily Production & Sales at Freddie Mac. Mr. Brodsky runs the Dallas Office of Freddie Mac Multifamily and is responsible for overseeing annual originations in excess of $1.65 billion across the 6 Seller/Servicer accounts within the Central Region. Mr. Brodsky was promoted to Senior Producer in the Central Region and relocated to Dallas, TX to open the Dallas office for Freddie Mac Multifamily in May of 2016. During his six-year tenure at Freddie Mac, Mr. Brodsky has sourced over $4.3 billion in multifamily transactions.
Mr. Brodsky holds a BS in Public Financial Management from Indiana University and a MBA in Real Estate Finance and Investment from DePaul University.
