Stephen K. Bronner is Project Partner – Capital Markets with Provident Realty Advisors, Inc. Provident is a privately held real estate investment firm that seeks to provide exceptional risk-adjusted returns to its investor partners through superior development of opportunistic and value-added strategies.
Since its formation in 1991, Provident has developed or invested more than $3 billion dollars in real estate projects including land investments, anchored retail centers, repositioning of outdated malls and apartments, master planned residential communities, self-storage facilities, multi-family acquisition and development, and infill mixed use development.
Prior to joining Provident, Stephen was the Southwest Regional Partner for Parmenter Realty Partners. With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Stephen was responsible for the investment acquisitions, asset management, and investment sales in the Southwest Region and served on Parmenter’s Investment Committee which approved company-wide investments.
Stephen has structured acquisitions and/or financed transactions totaling in excess of $2 billion dollars on behalf of such clients such as Stanford University’s Endowment Fund, New York State Teachers Retirement System, The Alaska Permanent Fund and California Public Employee Retirement System. Prior to joining Parmenter, he served as Senior Acquisitions Officer for Sarofim Realty Advisors and as Senior Vice President – Acquisitions for Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel, Inc.
Stephen has a Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia University and received his CCIM designation in 1980. He has been an active member of NAIOP where he served as President of the North Texas Chapter in 2005 and on the National Board of Directors and its Executive Committee. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Dallas County Utility and Reclamation District (DCURD).
