Current Responsibilities
An authority on the energy industry, Bruce leads JLL’s Global Energy Practice Group. His expertise includes tenant representation, lease restructuring, real estate master planning, monetization of real estate and purchase to lease transactions. He applies his knowledge in tenant representation, lease restructuring, and offshoring across insurance, banking, law, energy, energy services and telecom industries.
Experience
Bruce frequently lectures on a variety of industry topics and often collaborates with CoreNet. Throughout his 35 year career, Bruce has opened and led several new geographies and businesses in North America. He initiated, designed and led Tenant Representation in Asia Pacific. Moreover, he was instrumental in the merger of JLL and the Staubach company. As an advisor and broker, Bruce has negotiated over 35 million square feet of corporate and regional headquarters and many corporate site selections.
