Josh Burroughs is a real estate development leader and strategist in Silicon Valley. He supervises and directs all aspects of land acquisitions, entitlements, forward planning, and land development including project underwriting, design, construction, relationship management, partnership / joint venture formations, debt and equity placement, management of consultants, and project / asset disposition. In addition to development roles, Josh oversees marketing for SWENSON and manages the company’s public relations and advertising agency.

Josh is an advisor to ABC Silicon Valley – the 25th largest accelerator in the world, board of directors of the Rotary Club of San Jose, Bellarmine College Preparatory Alumni Council, Silicon Valley board of Urban Land Institute, board of directors of the San Jose Downtown Association, St James Park advisory board, Levitt Pavilion San Jose steering committee and is chair of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the Wheelchair Foundation.
