Caroline Chiodo

Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Development

Caroline Chiodo is Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Healthcare Trust of America Inc. In this role, Ms. Chiodo oversees a team responsible for underwriting, due diligence, negotiation and execution of strategic investments for the company including acquisitions and development. Ms. Chiodo joined HTA in 2018 as Senior Vice President of Finance.

Prior to joining HTA, Ms.Chiodo spent 14 years working at various institutional investment firms. Most recently- Ms. Chiodo was a Global Research Analyst at Duff&Phelps Investment Management Company. Prior to Duff & Phelps, Ms. Chiodo worked at Sandler Capital Management and Wells Capital Management.

Ms. Chiodo graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business where she majored in Finance and International Studies. Ms Chiodo is a Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. (NAREIT)
